Can I Work With 100% VA Disability? 100 Percent VA Disability and Employment.

As you said, it depends. How exactly was your disability decided and what employment are you taking?

Unless it is P&T or unemployability, then yes.
I have been rated 100% since I retired and the only time I didn't have at least one job was after I was shot. Even then, I still technically had a job, I just wasn't working and was receiving worker's comp. Right up until the literal day of hire at my new job.
So, yes, it is entirely possible to work while being 100%, as long as that 100% is schedule 100% and you are not rated unemployable.
