Ukraine said they wouldn't use the US supplied long range weapons to strike Russian territory. Technically Crimea is Ukrainian territory.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - Every time they lose an ammo dump, ship, airfield, whatever, it's always safety protocols were not followed. This helps to feed the narrative at home that Russia is winning its special operation. You'd think the Russians would start a stop smoking campaign, get updated safety manuals, etc. By the way, that cigarette that keeps getting dropped in Russian ammo dumps...
