Same comment as before —> Always felt that requiring CODELS to fly nap-of-the-earth in a C-130 while strapped into cargo net seats tighter than a dominatrix binds her best clients would significantly reduce the number of novelty, I mean political, I mean [fill in the blank] flights that the USAF is burdened with.
