Quite an achievement for O'Kane and his submarine, Tang, until the loss of his crew & vessel.

So in your mind, his achievements are null and void???? He did not achieve the MOH due to failure to Command! He had nothing to do with a rogue torpedo sinking his ship! He was a suburb skipper and one of our best WWII hero's!
