Let's hope that the program is completely successful as we need to at least keep up with Russia and China with Hypersonic missiles..., which may be aimed at the United states... We will need hypersonic interceptor missiles for sure...in my view...

The report from a fortnight ago shows the USA has edged ahead of both China and Russia. That doesn't mitigate the risk from either of them, though.
