They are using Title IX in the opposite way it was designed.

Not sure how he can change a law by congress. Going to lose in courts. Democrats are a bit two faced. They want everyone to do as they say not as they do. And before you jump on that. Most politicians believe that as they have forgotten who they work for. And we the people have forgotten how to remind them, i.e. remove them from office. Protection against Title IX law means allowing harassment and sexual misconduct in schools; why exempt anyone from facing legal action involved in harassment and/or sexual misconduct?
