Excellent post, MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D.! - Father's are usually the disciplinarians in the family unit... and in families where there is no father the male children do not receive the male mental strength that is needed. No offense to the mothers, who have a hard enough time doing all that mothers do, but the discipline, the boundaries that are set by fathers is important to the their male offspring...in becoming strong males in a highly competitive adult world...

I removed the Mental Health tag. That was a highly political piece; don't use the Mental Health tag for those types of articles. We have tons of resources in that tag area for RP members who have legitimate behavioral health concerns, and we don't want them to have to wade through this type of political content to find what they need. In the future, select more appropriate tags for this type of an article (Single Parent, Family, Crime, etc.).
