These weird clowns haven’t got a clue. In the Navy, most enlisted (junior) are called by their last names, as they advance they are referred to by Rate and last name, and once promoted to the Chief Rate, Chief, Senior Chief and Master Chief and last name. Time to work on the Commissioned Officer Ranks.
