I feel like this may have less to do with the danger of e-cigs and more to do with big tobacco losing a share of the market...

I have never smoked cigaretts of vaped. (I did do a few fatties in Nam though) but I don't like the Govt. being so heavy handed in this case. I thought that we had rights. I never saw anyone pull a kid into a tobacco store and force them to smoke. What next, Telling us that candy rots your teeth and can lead to diabetes, so the govt should outlaw it too? Why is it OK to buy pot in some states? It's a lot more addictive than Juul. And the other vape manufacturers can still sell their product. This decision by the govt. reeks a lot tike prohabition and we all see how that worked out. I dont advocate vaping or smoking in any way. I'm just tired of a dictatorial govt wittleing away with our rights. Besides kids can get any controuled stuff that they want. I sure could when I wes a kid.

SPC Lyle Montgomery I Smoked Occasionally starting at Probably 13 but didn't get Hooked until Boot Camp. If You wanted a Break? You Better Smoke. I Quit when I Retired from the Navy, "Perspective" as a Spook if I Screwed Up $10K and 10 Years in Jail. Now? What can Anyone Do to Me? Fire Me? LOL! I think I'm kind of Torn Too. I will say vaping wasn't the Cure that it Promised but still better than Traditional Smokes and the Tar.
