APOD: 2022 June 11 - The Road and the Milky Way

Good evening, Rallypoint, and welcome to the June 11th edition of Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD): "The Road and the Milky Way." I'd almost call this the road to the Milky Way...but I digress. "Dark Sky" areas are around, and some of the better ones are in Portugal. This composite image was captured outside of Alentejo on June 3rd. The astrophotographer has the image on Instagram...but you need an account to see any notes he might have about their efforts. We can guess a little bit though...there were at least two exposures: one at sundown, and one after nightfall. Same camera, same position, likely some different settings (exposure time, etc). But the results are certainly APOD worthy.
