Good question? Next question. What would be a proper response from the American people?

.ore stupidity from you. Just as a reminder any international agreements must pass the Senate with a 2/3 majority. Any president can negotiate a treaty but it means nothing until the Senate fulfills its advice and consent responsibilities.

No treaty involved. It's a good idea to read and then opine.

"Strictly speaking, the plan will be couched as amendments to the United Nations' 2005 International Health Regulations, to which the U.S. is already a signatory."

SGT (Join to see) You are almost to the point of understanding. Power surrendered is rarely returned. The Socialist-Democrat party is Anti-American and will happily accelerate our slide into a 3rd world authoritarian state so long as they wield power. RINOs will go along hoping they can avoid name calling. Election of patriotic Americans - including some centrist Dems, assuming such still exist, will result in those agreements being rescinded, much as the supremely anti-American climate agreement and Iranian nuclear agreements were rescinded.
