Thailand decriminalizes marijuana, but not the strong stuff

My wife is Thai, the Government may have just legalized Marijuana but outside the cities use of Marijuana has always been available. Her Dad, is kind of a Shaman in a tiny village out in the boonies, has used it medically for people that come to him for help for years.

Ate some in brownies once, l didn't know until I was high. Plus my TS interview with the FBI I said I never took drugs (just once) but he couldn't believe that with me growing up in the 60s. The FBI agent asked me why and I said because drugs were too expensive and I was paying for school expenses. He kind of snickered a little but the test revealed I was not lying.
