No, it is not his base. The most generous estimates place total proud boy membership (both active and inactive) at less than 7000 people TOTAL.

SSgt (Join to see) - I've come to realize the good MSgt is the political equivalent of a turkey buzzard. Lacking a syrinx—the vocal organ of birds—its only vocalizations are grunts or low hisses. Won't vocalize his own positions so that they might be put to the test. A scavenger he rarely puts forth his own opinions he just picks at others. Ask him a question about his views and he just glides on by.

Maj John Bell - I agree. Probably why he blocked me when I was persistent on getting an answer out of him. He reminds me of a MSgt who ruled by position, not talent or leadership skills. i.e.: Anyone junior found every excuse to get the heck away as soon as the end of day "bell rang".

I see we are using the zero research, know not thy enemy approach to posting stories. Proud Boys makes up, what, 7ish thousand? Trump got how many votes? 70 million? 0.01% is his base? This sir is why your posts hold no weight.
Yet here you are supporting, or at least never speaking out against, abortion in the 9th month, every white person is automatically racist, the riots over the last few years were "mostly peaceful protests" (compare that to DT's statement that there are good people on both sides and how you roasted him for it). How you can contain in your head all the terrible things your party is doing to this country and not go insane I will never know. You live on dichotomies!

The Proud Boys could still enter the rallies if they didn’t display their insignia. Some people want to paint Trump as being disloyal to the PB, but that’s not how he treats those loyal to him. A successful leader realizes when it’s necessary to forbid a small part of his base from possibly provoking and disrupting the others while also trying to unite the many, many different groups that make up his total base.

Disturbingly, the majority of immigrants clamoring to get in are not even aware of the dark, dystopian future for the United States, and same goes for some Dem/Liberals who would really care if they knew.
