He should have served actual prison time at Ft. Leavenworth. Surrendered all pay and been demoted to Pvt E-1. Maybe this whole matter is more a leadership issue in that unit where fratranizing with an office was encouraged or overlooked. If I had been there I would have reported them. It just isn't right. This type of childish action doesn't even belong in highschool.

A dispicanle ASS (sorry for the language). Does not deserve retirement. I hope that he gets the treatment while in detention.

Maybe the Judge in this case was requested for a reason and was known to go light on these types of cases?
