She says Republicans make up only 36% of the voters, as if to imply they are a minority. They are actually a plurality, with approximately 35% Democrat and 29% minor parties or independent. But... Here is the thing. Those independents strongly favor Republicans. So in reality, when boiling down to two-party elections which these districts and politicians compare, then the state is 55% Republican.
