The sun is the largest source of RF on earth. It goes well into the GHz ranges.
A traditional fluorescent light emits RF past 4 GHz. I used to use the one over my workbench to test the 4 GHz (C Band) LNAs and LNBs that I repaired. Aim it towards the bulb and watch the signl level go up on the bench receiver.

SP5 Dennis Loberger - LCD produce some noise, but it is much lower in both frequency and energy. LEDs depend on how they are powered, but as long as they are continuously lit, they are about as quiet as old fashioned incandescent.
Super cheap, screw in replacements used a crude constant current switching supply tat can generate a lout of noise, but no where near the frequency range of fluorescent lights. They are very quiet, when powered by a linear power supply. This makes hem a great choice for working on RF and sensitive analog circuits. I purchased some reels of white LEDs strips to upgrade the lighting of my workbench, for doing low noise RF work. I have spare, adjustable lab grade linear power supplies, to power them. It is a metal skinned building, so it will be much better than my old wood building with fluorescent lights.
