APOD: 2022 April 28 - Lyrid of the Lake

We follow the eclipse on Jupiter with this from planet Earth: a meteor reflected off the waters of a lake at night. No, this wasn't the meteor you may have heard about that exploded over Louisiana (that may be coming to APOD soon). This one was from the annual Lyrid meteor shower, and the scene is over Lake Nian in China. The rising Moon lights up the background, and the Milky Way can be seen between the Moon and the Lyrid meteor.
