That's for sure, Lt Col Charlie Brown. Thus the need of foresight - asking what could go wrong - and ethics in science which should be a built-in result of collaboration. The hindsight critique points out a lapse in ethics. The consequences may not have been as far-reaching and disastrous otherwise.<sigh>
