Christians are objecting to COVID vaccines because of their links to abortion. Drugs today are tested using fetal cell lines. Thus Christians are claiming this violates their religious beliefs and are asking for a religious exemption.

And what happened to this is my body and I have the rights of life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Just because I volunteered my life to service to the point of my own demise, to protect the citizens of my country and defend the Constitution of The United States against all enemies domestic and abroad, does not mean you get to threaten what I’ve achieved on an experimental drugs that were necessary for Old folks and the infirm (co-morbidities). And especially when middle aged and younger people were hardly affected, that is when herd immunity had already established for months.

While there are certainly Christians who object to vaccines, the only Christian denominations who cite a theological reason for opposing vaccines are the Dutch Reformed Church and Church of Christ, Scientist, according to Vanderbilt.

On the contrary, that is a counter point. His goal of purposely purging Christians would only be true if there were vast swaths of churches that object to vaccines. Since the nation is still largely Christian, as am I, the bulk of individuals affected by the vaccine policy will be Christian as a result of demographics. While that may be an affect of the policy, to have a purposeful program to purge Christians from the military wouldn't leave many folks still serving. Regardless of politics that would not serve the nation well or either party for that matter
