Twenty-three state attorneys general in total signed onto a lawsuit against a California gun control law. The case has been sent to the Supreme Court. It concerns a law that limits magazine capacity for firearms to just ten rounds.

AGs from Arizona, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and West Virginia led a group of 23 attorneys general to support this lawsuit. The other states include Alabama, Alaska, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

Here we go again, California is such a weird state. Don't they realize that they are losing residents because of their laws and lack of enforcement of existing laws

They’re losing the type of residents they don’t want so they don’t care.

SSgt Joseph Baptist yes, I was going to answer him, but I was at a loss for words (without being rude). No state wants to lose taxpayers, they do care. I believe 6 months ago Newsom was asking for residents to return.

SSgt Joseph Baptist you are very brave. California DOJ is crooked. The person that signed the letter was spanked pretty good. Thanks for the information. My Dad (we) was stationed in Vandenberg AFB in 1965 to 1967. Last time I lived in California, can you imagine the fines we would have to pay today, haha
