If the capital police themselves were waiving you in why wouldn't you think it is ok to go in? Good argument and the judge agreed.

If you were on video/phone video as being waved in or going through the scanners coming in, this is exactly what you should be saying

I remember the news reported that some people claimed they were waved in by Officers. What I don't understand is how disjointed responses were to different parts of the crowd. I also think that it helped his case that he was only there for 10 minutes and left of his own accord.
