Huh.

This probably isn’t the place to point out that the PPP was enacted on 27 March 2020 under President Trump… The only piece Biden touched was the PPP Extension Act of 2021 that changed the covered period from March 2021 to June 2021.

To the contrary, this is ONE of the places this should be discussed. Many folks talk about term limits. Not a bad idea, but more important is term limits and accountability on the legions of faceless, unelected beauracrats who execute legislation such as this. They are not incintivized to take a fiduciary approach to dispensing monies. They are in no danger of losing their jobs. Taking out the beauracat trash is something both sides of the aisle should find common ground in.

CWO4 Terrence Clark Most of those bureaucrats that make decisions already have term limits in place as political appointees. The ones in charge of PPP got canned on January 20, 2021.
