For one this article is from November so not new or the latest and pretty sure this was solved before this article. There's articles from 2020 that said the same thing as this. They just separated and mixed in with the indigenous tribes.

I know I heard about this awhile ago and probably before 2020 even. They were never "lost."

PO2 Russell "Russ" Lincoln - I Googled it and saw like two articles from 2020, one from 2012 but I had to sign up to read it. But I know I heard about 2 years ago at the very least that they settled on there was enough evidence to show that the colonists just mixed in with the indigenous people and lived their lives.

One of the unsolved mysteries of the New World, I've poked around the "supposed site" but even that's not totally confirmed

PO2 Russell "Russ" Lincoln I went to college in Virginia and dated a history major for quite a while, so poking around historical sites in the south was a pretty frequent thing.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - Sounds like a good way to spend off days. I met my wife in college.
