More left wing, shady decisions in the DC courts where she has been in office for just over a year. Several of her verdicts were overturned even in the regressive city.

So many of her decisions have been overturned. I want a black woman on the court however, I would appreciate it if she had legal competence.

Would your opinion have anything to do with the several occasions Judge Jackson ruled against the Donald? As for reversals, she was overturned in 2019 on her decision to block speedy deportations, those that lacked reasoned, non-arbitrary decision making. In 2018, she was overruled on attempting to block Donald’s executive orders that make it easier to fire federal employees. She said they “conflict with congressional intent in a manner that cannot be sustained.”
