Good. The left loves the word "intersectionality". Let's explore the intersectionality between reporting facts, giving opinion and slander/libel.

Problem is burden to prove he isn't what they say about him is on him.

They called him a murderer before charges were filed, before trial, before deliberation. He's been acquitted. He isn't a murderer. Some are still calling him a murderer. He will win this. Just like Nick Sandman did.

Murder: the crime of unlawfully killing a person especially with malice aforethought, Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen. He didn’t unlawfully kill anyone. He was acquitted of the charge of unlawfully taking a life. He didn’t commit murder. He isn’t a murderer. It was self defense. Nothing unlawful. So, calling him a murderer is defamatory.

I am a demonstrated defender of Rittenhouse, but I believe he has a stronger case against the slurs made after the trial. Mostly the same "social justice warriors" as prior.
