He is an authoritarian.
11 months ago I came back from Washington State and the RCMP was telling me that if I didn't go to this quarantine hotel that I was subject to a $10,000 a day fine. The hotel it was three times the price of what it should have been and I couldn't leave the hotel until my PCR covid test came back. Luckily, I had a smartphone and I could get the results. I had to prepay for 3 days even though I was only there for two. No refunds. I had to rebook my flight that I didn't get credit for the change so I paid more for one leg of my flight than the whole round trip originally. Justin Trudeau is an authoritarian.
The good thing is a law firm called the Justice Center was able to fight Trudeau in court and the quarantine hotels that were affiliated with the international airports in Canada, the program was stopped.
I posted another story of the Justice Center giving an alternative to GoFundMe so money can still gets the trucking protests happening all over Canada even though the GoFundMe page is trying to give the money to leftist causes or to the refund to the original donors because of pressure from Ted Cruz at other American politicians and governors knowing that GoFundMe I was trying to rip them off and give the money to the wrong people.
GoFundMe did not stop money from going to Seattle area radicals when they occupied part of it. There's a big double standard with GoFundMe

Trudeau government invoked cabinet secrecy on COVID quarantine hotel decision, shielding it even...
Cabinet confidence exists so that ministers can have rigorous debate without being worried about public perception
