Excellent share Dale. I have a question; does it make a difference in uniform whether an officer graduated from the Academy, ROTC or OTC/OCS? The officers of all these commissioning sources are commissioned as 2LTs in the Air Force, Marines and Army, as as Ensign in the Navy. If there is no difference then, why are they treated with disparity and why is it allowed?
