Lunatics running the asylum. -12 windchill when they could have been playing in Florida. I wonder if money was involved in this decision.

Elements are a part of the game. They're playing in Russia this time of year, and Sweden, etc. They are professionals and don't need to be pampered.

There's this new thing called indoor stadium. I get the 'let's play in the elements' but -12 is stupid for the players and the fans.

CMSgt (Join to see) - The packed stadium didn't indicative of a crowd worried about the weather. Besides, there's also this thing called a home field advantage. Why forfeit that by moving the match to Florida and playing in conditions much more similar to Honduras? Make them have to adjust.

I didn't understand the selection of venue either. As far as I'm concerned not fair to either team or the fans. I was glad to see the US win (should have won this one regardless of venue) but I really question the decision to hold it in St Paul
