Too busy trying to follow and imprison parents who disagree with local school boards. He is a waste of oxygen just like his boss.

No, he didn't.
There are something like 40 federal agencies with sworn law enforcement officers. Exactly 5 fall under the DoJ. He mentioned 4 of the 5 (with the Bureau of Prisons being excluded as they are focused inward, not outward). Those 4 agencies fall DIRECTLY under the DOJ. Garland can give them marching orders. Yes, he can give guidance to the prosecutors regarding how they prosecute cases from the other agencies, but he has NO AUTHORITY to direct those other agencies (like CPB or ICE) in how they conduct business.
Garland mentioned 4 agencies - the ones he "controls." As was right and proper. He didn't mention ICE or CBP. Nor did he mention MPs or CID or Fish and Wildlife. Because they don't fall under him.
Any assertion otherwise is both ignorant and ridiculous.

You are correct. It seems these days that we are devolving into the National Enquirer motto....never let the facts get in the way of a good story
