Putting a 26 year old sex offender in a female juvenile facility should never happen. If any female is assaulted by this perve, the sentencing judge should be held accountable.

California is a country within a country, where a pervert can claim to be a woman without sex change and enjoy incarceration with juvenile girls. Legally, this is absurd.
