Considering is was Government neglect that caused many of these problem in the first place it's way beyond time to step up to the plate and do the right thing. They weren't concerned about cost when these things were done and now people are dying because of these poor hazardous practices. The hassle that many Veterans have to go through to correct things doesn't tell me they are trying very hard to correct this.
