Someone's got to protect the border -- be safe, but ready

I am super impressed that the state of Texas has taken the position and cost that our illustrious government failed to do. On top of that I am appalled that our Government would not allow Texas to use the supplies that never got used by this administration to complete the wall. Our government should have jumped on the offer to complete the wall, and found the Feds action very childish by saying I am not going to use them and I am not going to let you, the state of Texas, to use them too!
