This was not about a filibuster. It went up for a vote, which is more than the GOP is allowing on other bills.

Well it's a good thing Democrats are presenting a separate bill that places sanctions on the pipeline along with sanctions against specific members of Russian government and military.

CWO4 Terrence Clark Bottomline, sanctions have to have support of allies to be effective. That's the key difference between both bills. Foreign policy and negotiations is a thing; American Exceptionalism is dead. If the EU isn't on board then what, we punish the EU? Good luck with that.
