How Equality Lost to 'Equity'

Equity might be the same as hatred. In order to achieve "equity" you have to have unfair prejudice against a population. Unfair prejudice leads to hatred. I know of no exceptions.

I now have a government job. I got in a bit of trouble during my onboarding training when I said that, while I would absolutely treat clients EQUALLY, I flat out refuse the concept of equity. Evidently that is not properly in line with the government's role to CREATE opportunity for minorities.
