If this is true, I was not aware we were so close to hostilities.
Recently, I have posted two separate links on Iran and now this third. My thoughts, at the beginning, a month ago was Iran has stated it desired to destroy Israel and it was possible, we are in the way of such an action. So, a first strike by Iran against us in order for Iran to have a chance against Israel? New York City as a target perhaps?
The Mike Tyson approach. Hit someone in the nose hard enough and their plan falls apart.

Anything from a reliable, reputable source? Or is this pro-Israeli, neoconservative site all you've got? SGT Mary G. is right, there is nothing to show that Iran has that capacity.

Cpl Mark A. Morris - That could be said about any nation - China for example. Gauging how much is realistically hot air or not is always dicey. Given the architectural wonders of beauty in Iran and it's long cultural history that has highly contribuyte to western civilization, I support erring on the side of caution.
The Iranians I know are transplants to U.S.A. I have a pastor friend who loved Iran when she visited a number of years ago. The Iranian people like Americans for the most part.
The attitude of a population can provide insight as a gauge about the hot air issue. As usual it is governments rather than the people that are the problem. Seems to me that with all the desert in Iran, both solar and wind, also tidal power would be good choices for providing energy. Wondering if subsidizing those sources of energy is ever brought up during negotiations.

SGT Mary G. - I agree with the population feelings. I too have known some for Iran that are cool with America. It is the government that is an issue with supporting Islamic terror and making nuclear weapons.
It is not that I think our government is innocent. It is just I wonder what such a deadly enemy will do when faced with little options.
