I recently found myself reminiscing about the lever-actions I’ve had over the years. I used to own a Marlin 336 but traded it for an old Winchester Model 94. It’s fascinating how you can breathe new life into vintage shotguns with the right parts. Honestly, I think restoring these old beauties gives you a deeper appreciation for their history. So, while the new Marlin 1895 SBL is impressive, I still have a soft spot for those classic Winchesters.
