Lt Col Charlie Brown I am on the 14 year old boys side on this one. He saw his father being threatened and took action. Someone has to stop these thieves from stealing from honest people.

Have you ever noticed crime seems to be the highest in areas where the law abiding citizens are prohibited (ie: company policy against self-protection devices, city ordinance against possessing firearms, etc) from protecting themselves?
