How can anyone determine if someone should be held if they can not see previous convictions to judge a persons probable future actions? Granted most people arrested do not go out and commit another crime but if you don't have habitual criminals record how do you decide?

I concur. MSGT u have to remember some people do not want to offend anyone. They also have the right to hide their past crimes and refuse to get vaccinated, wear masks and etc.
