Idle curiosity, but just wanted to count the number of times shrill hate mongers among us tried to shout down those of us concerned about this toxic Marxist driven racism gaining entry in our school system. An aspect of CRT is how racism is perpetrated through political policy and law, like the Jim Crowe laws you mention. Asserting that Jim Crowe laws are "racists" is an application of Critical Race Theory. Are you now a "Marxist" because you hold a belief that Jim Crowe laws are racist?

That's not critical race theory. This is the problem - people not understanding what critical race theory is.
What he described in another article (another one that's horribly written) is culturally responsive teaching. Not critical race theory. Critical race theory is specifically a college level legal course.
