Joshua 14:6-14 NKJV - - Bible Gateway

Caleb, at 85 yrs old, said to Joshua the leader of the Israelites:
“As the LORD promised, He has kept me alive these last 45 years since He spoke to Moses while Israel wandered in the wilderness. So here I am today, 85 years old, and still as strong today as I was the day Moses sent me out (to spy the land of Canaan).
“As my strength was then, so it is now for war, for going out and for coming in.
“Therefore give me this hill country that the LORD promised me that day for you yourself heard that the Anakim (giants) were there with their great fortified cities. With the LORD's help, I will drive them out, just as the LORD has spoken."
[JOSHUA 14:10-11].

One lesson: If we have faith in the Heavenly Father, we can accomplish at ALL stages of life, with His help.
