The straw purchaser should be indicted as an accessory to any crime committed by any of the felons who used those firearms in the commission of a crime.

Years ago the state passed a law you had to be, and prove, you were 18 in order to purchase cigarettes. Young kids would hang out in front of grocery stores and ambush older patrons to get them to buy them.
