None of those individuals were on trial. Additionally, Rittenhouse did not have any of that information at the time of the shooting, so it was impossible for him to base his decision to shoot upon it, nor was it possible that this information played into his perception of danger.
Relevant to US, the spectators, but not relevant to the law. It was a good call to exclude it. Just like it was a good call to deny prosecutor calling Rosenbaum, Huber, and Grosskreutz "victims."
