'A World Gone Mad': Upscale LA Neighborhood Wrestles With Worsening Homeless Crisis

This is so sad MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D.! They built a huge high rise for mental health and drug patients and then filled it with criminals. The politicians in California don’t care because they all live behind walls and have their own security forces.

They did it to themselves by voting and allowing this to happen.

Bottom line the authorities don't want to deal with it. So much for government of the people and for the people.
