Ill have to read the article SGT (Join to see) but the synopsis sounds about right to me. One of the major problems with mass shooters who could have been identified earlier is that their medical history is protected. I believe that Aurora movie theater shooter was seeing a psychologist who had information that could have prevented the shooting.
