I have worked in Tech and Engineering my whole Adult life. Being a success in the field never had anything to do with a persons origins or color of their skin. It was the content of their mind. I remember when a degree from MIT was the Epitome, the Benchmark, of the Ideal candidate for inclusion in to the field for an up and comer. You knew they had their stuff packed up tight. This is an opinion piece from a former Graduate.
