We entered an AKC Junior Hunter test with our Golden Retrievers. To earn the title the dog has to qualify at four different hunt tests retrieving birds in the field and water. (Two birds on land and two birds in the water) Then they have to deliver the bird to hand. Today was the third test. Tomorrow we go for the fourth to finish the title.

SPC Nancy Greene You watched that one also?! Cool. I made that school video for my seventh grade math teacher. She is still living and I am still in contact with her to this day. Her mind is still pretty sharp but like most old folk, it's hard to get around.

SSgt Mike Hogan It is gratifying to see the work you put into a dog pay off. Peaches is bull headed when it comes to the obedience ring (although I have titled her there) but the field is her true calling.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth I don't hunt any longer Cowboy but I do enjoy working the dogs in the field. I have to give a lot of credit for doing this to my wife. Dog training is something she has done since she was twelve years old. I trained Peaches but under her guidance and instruction.
