The Court should toss out the remaining 8 "may issue" laws, requiring replacement with "shall issue". I hope SCOTUS will be able to stop the slime-ball state legislatures from putting in "requirements" like 50 letters of "good character" recommendation to accompany every CCW application, or require a psychological exam, posting a $50,000 bond, etc.
