Sgt (Join to see) when the challenges come in marriage, it is good to have words of wisdom find us.

Indeed it is, PO3 Phyllis Maynard!!! In marriage challenges can be overwhelming and each of us can use a bit of wisdom during those challenging times... Great comment, Phyllis!

Couples need to sit down at a quiet place and put all the cards on the table and have a meeting of the minds. What happened. What is happening. What they want to happen.

I have said this and I will say it again. During tumultuous times, it is even more important for a couple to have a meeting of the minds. Sit down at a quiet place and put all the cards on the table.

Sgt (Join to see) - My wife is not physically well. Have you read my PTSD Paper? I apologize if I insulted you. That was not my intention.

Sgt (Join to see) - Please do. It has helped many people with PTSD. I think that is the case because they can relate to the paper because it mirrors my PTSD experiences. The coup de grace is teaching people how to reduce or eliminate symptoms.
The paper guides them from start to finish. If you want to read it that is fine. If you don't want to read it, that is fine as well.

Sgt (Join to see) - It would be a shame if we can help people with PTSD and we do not. I will say no more.
