It would appear to me that the companies participating will be using federal and state opportunities to hire categories of people who have traditionally been under represented in the workplace. The site does not intentionally discriminate against but is seeking maximize employers training and hiring benefits offered by federal, state, and local governments. You and I, as veterans, are one of the groups of people who could benefit from financial legislation encouraging employers to hire specific categories of citizens.
