She's been on her porch keeping an eye on the Russians... she's to valuable there to bring back into mainstream politics...

It's not so much about watching the Russians themselves, Biden has already given them a pipeline. And China is close aboard, too. She's just insurance to make sure Biden doesn't divert money from the Taliban to Putin, and Milley doesn't cut anymore deals with the Chinese. Especially any deals that cut into Hunter's cash flow. After all, that could affect the big guys cut.
BTW, for those who learn their geography while making passage thru the straits, as opposed listening to comedians, know that you actually CAN see Russia from Alaska.
